Belgium has reportedly extended the deadline for the submission of wage withholding tax returns for the 2020 fiscal year from 31 August 2021 to 1 October 2021. With the return extension, the deadline for claiming/processing adjustments for the withholding tax exemption for qualifying R&D personnel is also extended to 1 October 2021.
