Belgium has published the Royal Decree of 20 June 2021, which extends the reduced fine for late VAT payment due to the ongoing impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic. This includes that for the third quarter of 2021, from 1 July to 30 September 2021, the fine for late VAT payment is reduced from 15% to 10%. The same was provided for the previous quarter as well.
