Belgium's Ministry of Finance has published the individual income tax brackets and rates for the 2019 tax year (2020 assessment year). The standard brackets and rates are as follows:
- up to EUR - 13,250 - 25%
- over EUR 13,250 up to 23,390 - 40%
- over 23,390 up to 40,480 - 45%
- over EUR 40,480 - 50%
The brackets and rates used in calculating the effects of allowances are as follows:
- up to EUR 9,310 - 25%
