On 27 September 2018, the Belgian International Press Centre announced the launch of the ultimate beneficial ownership (UBO) register, which is now online ({News-2018-09-07/A/4-previous coverage}). The announcement also includes that the initial deadline for submitting beneficial ownership information has been extended from the end of November 2018 to 31 March 2019.
