Belgium's Federal Public Service (SPF) Finance has issued a release noting that the corporate tax return deadline for fiscal years ending from 31 December 2021 to 28 February 2022 is 17 October 2022. The same deadline applies for both resident and non-resident corporate tax. It is further noted that for returns submitted by 15 September 2022, priority will be given for processing refunds, which will be provided by the end of December 2022 at the latest.
