Belgium's Ministry of Finance has announced further VAT and wage tax extensions in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. For VAT, this includes:
- an extension of the VAT return deadline for the April 2020 period to 5 June 2020 (normally due 20 May); and
- an extension of the VAT payment deadline for the April 2020 period until 20 July 2020 (normally due 20 May);
The deadline for the EU sales listing statements for April 2020 is also extended to 5 June 2020.
