On 30 July 2019, the Belgian Federal Public Service (SPF) Finance published a notice on its transfer pricing - BEPS 13 guidance page that the MyMinfin Portal is now open for the submission of Country-by-Country (CbC) report file corrections. With the notice, the SPF published English-language guidelines on the correction process and new validation elements for corrected XML files.
