On 26 April 2019, Belgium published the Law of 13 April 2019 on amending the rates of value added tax (VAT) in respect of certain publications and on 29 April 2019 published the Law of 13 April 2019 introducing a reduced VAT rate for bicycles and electric bicycles.
The first law extends the application of the 6% reduced VAT rate to e-publications effective from 1 April 2019, including on:
