Benin's Ministry of Finance has reportedly implemented a number of measures to support businesses in light of the COVID-19 pandemic. Particular tax measures include that all donations made to the State to combat the COVID-19 pandemic are made fully deductible for 2020 income tax purposes and public transport companies are granted an exemption from vehicle taxes for 2020, which will be creditable in 2021 if already paid.
