The Government of Bermuda has announced the release of a consultation paper on technical amendments to the Corporate Income Tax Act 2023 (CIT Act). The amendments are intended to clarify certain provisions and better align the CIT Act with the GloBE Rules where appropriate and to update provisions to reflect Administrative Guidance released since the enactment of the CIT Act.
