Bermuda's Ministry of Finance has issued the CbC Reportable Jurisdictions List 2022 and 2023 and the CRS Reportable Jurisdictions List 2023, which are both dated 31 January 2024. For CbC reporting, the list contains 76 jurisdictions, including the addition of Aruba, Costa Rica, and the Faroe Islands. For CRS, the list contains 87 jurisdictions, including the addition of Aruba, Costa Rica, Kenya, Saint Kitts and Nevis, and Thailand.
