Bhutan's Department of Revenue and Customs (DRC) has published a notification from the Ministry of Finance on the enforcement of the Fiscal Incentives (Amendment) Act of Bhutan 2022. This includes an amendment to the Fiscal Incentives Act of Bhutan 2021 to repeal the concessionary Customs Duty rate of 3% on permissible raw material and primary packaging material. The Fiscal Incentives (Amendment) Act of Bhutan 2022 entered into force on 8 June 2022.
