Bolivia has published a series of Supreme Decrees in the Official Gazette providing measures in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
One the main decrees is Supreme Decree No. 4198, which provides several urgent and temporary tax measures following the COVID-19 Emergency Declaration issued via Supreme Decree No. 4179 of 12 March 2020. The measures include the following:
