The Assembly of the Brčko District of Bosnia and Herzegovina has announced its adoption of amendments to the Income Tax Law on 9 June 2022 that include an increase in the monthly personal allowance (tax-exempt amount) from BAM 500 per month (BAM 6,000 per annum) to BAM 1,200 per month (BAM 14,400 per annum). The increase is effective from 1 July 2022.
