Bosnia and Herzegovina Implements VAT Exemption on Food Donations

Bosnia and Herzegovina published amendments to the rules on the implementation of the VAT Law in the Official Gazette on 8 September 2023 for the implementation of a VAT exemption on food donations. The amendments enter into force on 16 September 2023, providing that food donations are exempt from VAT if the food is donated at least five days before the expiration date.
