Brazil Further Suspends Collection Acts Due to COVID-19 and Extends Options for Regularization of Tax Debts

Brazil's Attorney General of the National Treasury has announced that the temporary suspension of collection acts due to the COVID-19 pandemic has been further extended to 31 July 2020. Previously extended by Ordinance No. 7.821 of 18 March 2020 by 90 days due to COVID-19 and further extended by Ordinance No. 13.338 of 4 June 2020, the suspension to 31 July is provided by Ordinance No. 15. 413 of 29 June 2020.
