Brazil's Ministry of the Economy has announced the publication of Ordinance 194/2020 of 6 May 2020 in the Official Gazette. The ordinance provides an updated list of goods that are eligible for the reduction of the import duty from 60% to zero provided in April 2020 for goods valued at up to USD 10,000 that are imported via mail order or international air for the purpose of combatting the COVID-19 pandemic. The reduction applies until 30 September 2020.
