Brazil has published Ordinance No. 30 of 18 November 2020, which sets the revenue limits for the purpose of paying state tax on the sale of goods, interstate and inter-municipal transportation and communication services (ICMS) and the municipal service Tax (ISS) under the simplified (Simples Nacional) tax regime in 2021. This includes:
- BRL 1.8 million for the state of Amapá; and
- BRL 3.6 million for other states and the Federal District (Brasilia)
