On 24 February 2021, Brazil's Senate (upper chamber of the National Congress) approved the ratification of the pending:
- Income tax treaty with Singapore, signed 7 May 2018;
- Income tax treaty with Switzerland, signed 3 May 2018; and
- Income tax treaty with the United Arab Emirates, signed 12 November 2018.
