Brazilian Senate Approves Pending TIEA with Bermuda

On 6 October 2022, Brazil's Senate (upper chamber of the National Congress) approved the ratification of the pending tax information exchange agreement with Bermuda. The agreement, signed 29 October 2012, is the first of its kind between the two countries and will enter into force once the ratification instruments are exchanged and will generally apply from that date.
