According to recent reports, the Assembly of the Brčko District of Bosnia and Herzegovina approved a law to mitigate the negative impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, which entered into force on 27 May 2020.

Measures of the law include an exemption from making advance tax payments for businesses that have been closed due to the state of emergency, which applies during the period of closure up to 2 months following the closure, and provides for a deferral of the first installment of property tax…
