The Directorate General of Taxation (DGT) has revised the transfer pricing (TP) regulation in Indonesia through its Regulation No. PER-32/PJ/2011, which is applied since 11 November 2011. The new regulation revised the previous regulation, Regulation No. PER-43/PJ/2010 that was issued on 6 September 2010.
