Bulgaria's National Revenue Agency has published a revised synthesized text of the tax treaty with Denmark as impacted by the Multilateral Convention to Implement Tax Treaty Related Measures to Prevent Base Erosion and Profit Shifting (MLI). The revisions were made to reflect Bulgaria's election to apply Option C of MLI Article 5, which changes Bulgaria's method for the elimination of double taxation under the treaty from the exemption method to the credit method.
