On 4 February 2020, Bulgaria published the decrees for the ratification of the pending social security agreements with Azerbaijan and Quebec, Canada. The agreements, signed 6 November 2019 and 19 September 2019, respectively, are the first of their kind between Bulgaria and the two jurisdictions and will enter into force after the ratification instruments are exchanged.
