On 18 September 2018, Bulgaria published the decree for the ratification of the pending income tax treaty with Saudi Arabia. The treaty, signed 22 November 2017, is the first of its kind between the two countries.
Taxes Covered
The treaty covers Bulgarian personal income tax, corporate income tax, and patent tax. It covers Saudi Zakat and income tax, including the natural gas investment tax.
