According to recent reports, Burkina Faso has enacted the Amending Finance Law for 2020, which was published in the Official Gazette on 30 July 2020. The law provides for budget changes needed as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic and also provides for the validation of certain measures taken in response to the pandemic, which needed formal legislative approval.
