Cambodia and the Philippines Continue Tax Treaty Negotiations

Officials from Cambodia and the Philippines reportedly met 11 to 13 December 2019 to continue negotiations for an income tax treaty. Negotiations have been held off and on since 2015. Any resulting treaty will be the first of its kind between the two countries and must be finalized, signed, and ratified before entering into force.
