Cambodia and the Philippines Resume Tax Treaty Negotiations

According to recent reports, officials from Cambodia and the Philippines met 26 to 29 June 2018 to resume negotiations for an income tax treaty. Negotiations first began in 2015 and then stalled. Any resulting treaty will be the first of its kind between the two countries, and must be finalized, signed, and ratified before entering into force.
