Cameroon Finance Law for 2019 Includes Transfer Pricing Rules for Customs, New VAT Requirements, and New Tax for Shipping Companies

Cameroon has published the Finance Law for 2019 (Law No. 2018/022 of 11 December 2018), which introduced the following tax-related amendments:

  • The introduction of transfer pricing measures for customs duties purposes so that arm's length adjustments may be introduced to the pricing of goods acquired from related parties;
