Cape Verde published Resolution No. 94/X/2023 in the Official Gazette on 16 February 2023, which provides for the ratification of the Model 1 FATCA Intergovernmental Agreement with the United States. The agreement, signed 30 March 2021, is treated by the U.S. as having effect from 30 June 2014.
