Carry forward of losses amended

Federal Law of 27 July 2010 N 229-FZ amended the Tax Code regarding the carry forward of losses. As of 1 January 2011, a loss cannot be carried forward if incurred in the period when the taxpayer was subject to corporate income tax at a rate 0%.
