The Guernsey Government has published the competent authority agreement on the automatic exchange of Country-by-Country (CbC) Reports with Gibraltar, which was signed by Guernsey on 3 June 2019 and by Gibraltar on 6 June. The agreement is effective from the latter date of signature.
