The Isle of Man Government has published the Country-by-Country (CbC) report exchange agreement signed by the Isle of Man on 14 October 2019 and by the British Virgin Islands on 22 October 2019. The agreement provides for the non-reciprocal automatic exchange of CbC reports received by the British Virgin Islands for reporting fiscal years beginning on or after 1 January 2016.
