On 1 June 2007, the Central Bank issued Resolution No. 3,455 to deal with the registration of foreign investment that has not been properly registered with the Central Bank.
Although Resolution No. 3,455 revoked Resolution No. 3,447, which was recently issued to deal with the same subject matter, no material change was introduced.
