On 31 July 2015, the U.S. President signed into law the Surface Transportation and Veterans Health Care Choice Improvement Act of 2015, which provides a three-month extension for funding of the Highway Trust Fund. Although the Act does not include the major tax reforms being considered, it does make certain tax compliance changes, including amendments to tax return and other IRS forms deadlines and extensions.
