Changes to list of tax havens approved

On 5 March 2013, the Cabinet of Ministers approved regulations making changes to the blacklist of tax havens. The amending regulations took effect on 8 March 2013.

Accordingly, the Netherlands Antilles were removed from the list of tax havens, while Curaçao and St. Maarten were added to the list.

Note.Following the dissolution of the Netherlands Antilles, on 10 October 2010, Curaçao and St. Maarten became autonomous territories within the Kingdom of the Netherlands.
