China's State Administration of Taxation has published a draft Announcement concerning simplified procedures for unilateral advance pricing agreements (APAs) for public comment. The simplified procedures are meant to optimize the business environment, promote tax cooperation, and improve the certainty of corporate taxation. The period for comment ends 18 April 2021.
