Colombia's Superintendence of Companies (Superintendencia de Sociedades) has issued Official Notice 100-000009 of 8 May 2020, which extends the deadline for the submission of annual financial statements for 2019 due to COVID-19. This includes that the deadlines for companies, including branches of foreign companies, is extended to between 28 May and 26 June 2020, depending on the last two digits of the tax ID number.
