The Colombian tax authority (DIAN) launched the online service for Form (Formato) No. 2573 on 3 August 2020, which is used for the registration of agreements in relation to the transfer pricing rules for commodity transactions for which quoted prices are used as a reference in setting prices between independent parties in uncontrolled transactions.
