Colombia has published the Constitutional Court Decision C-091/21 of 14 April 2021, which approves the law for the ratification of the pending income tax treaty with Italy. The treaty, signed 26 January 2018, is the first of its kind between the two countries and will enter into force once the ratification instruments are exchanged and will apply from 1 January of the year following its entry into force.
