Colombia has published Decree No. 0569 of 2018, which sets the deemed minimum annual interest rate (yield) at 5.21% for loans granted by a company to its partners or shareholders, or vice versa, for the 2018 tax year. The decree also sets the inflationary component rates for financial income/returns and costs for natural persons for the 2017 tax year.
