Curacao has published the Ministerial regulation of 8 June 2020 on the profit tax ruling practice, which regulates the ruling practice under law while repealing prior Ministerial decisions on the matter. The regulation sets out the steps for making ruling requests and the required information to be submitted by taxpayers. Provisions are also included for the spontaneous exchange of certain cross-border rulings as per BEPS Action 5.
