Curacao has published the Ministerial regulation setting the individual income tax brackets and rates for 2022. The individual income tax brackets/rates are as follows with effect from 1 January 2022:
- up to ANG 33,212 - 9.75%
- over ANG 33,212 up to 44,283 - 15.0%
- over ANG 44,283 up to 66,246 - 23.0%
- over ANG 66,246 up to 94,102 - 30.0%
- over ANG 94,102 up to 138,386 - 37.5%
- over ANG 138,386 - 46.5%
