Curacao has published the Ministerial regulation setting the individual income tax brackets and rates for 2025. The individual income tax brackets/rates are as follows with effect from 1 January 2025:
- up to ANG 38,225- 9.75%
- over ANG 38,225 up to 50,968- 15.0%
- over ANG 50,968 up to 76,452 - 23.0%
- over ANG 76,452 up to 108,306 - 30.0%
- over ANG 108,306 up to 159,273 - 37.5%
- over ANG 159,273 - 46.5%
