On 6 November 2024, Curacao's Council of Ministers reportedly approved a draft ordinance for the implementation of Pillar 2 global minimum tax rules with effect from 1 January 2025. This includes the introduction of a domestic minimum top-up tax and an income inclusion rule to ensure a minimum tax rate of 15% for in-scope groups.
