The Cyprus Tax Department has issued a notice announcing an extension of the deadlines to submit the annual corporate income tax return in respect of the 2023 tax year to 30 November 2025 for taxpayers that are not required to submit the summary information table (SIT) on controlled transactions. As previously reported, an extension to 30 November 2025 was already provided for taxpayers that are required to submit the SIT.
