The Cyprus Tax Department issued a notice on 16 July 2020, announcing an extension of the reporting deadline for financial account information under DAC2, FATCA, and CRS. In all cases, the deadline has been extended to 30 September 2020.
Note - It is also expected that Cyprus will provide an extension for DAC6 reporting on cross-border arrangements, although legislation for the implementation of DAC6 is still pending.
