On 2 July 2020, the Cyprus Tax Department issued a release announcing the start of operation of a new electronic service, the "Tax Portal". According to the release, the Tax Portal is a central point of service, where individuals and businesses can be informed directly or through their representatives on their tax debts and payments, and also register tax returns, make online payments, and access other services.
