The Cyprus Ministry of Finance reportedly issued a decree on 5 June 2020 that provides for the extension of the deadline for the electronic submission of annual income tax returns for 2019 by employees and pensioners to 30 October 2020, as well as for the final payment of tax due. The same extension is provided for self-employed individuals with income not exceeding EUR 70,000 that are not required to prepare audited financial statements.
