The Cyprus Tax Department has announced the temporary application of a zero VAT rate on basic goods with effect from 4 November 2024 to 31 December 2025. The zero VAT rate covers baby milk (liquid or powder), children and adult diapers, feminine hygiene products, specified fresh or chilled vegetables, and specified fresh fruits.
